Online Group Coaching

BsB Together is a four-week virtual wellness program designed to help you establish and sustain healthier habits. Balance energy levels, build physical and emotional capacity, restore gut health, master your stress and fuel your goals for 2024. Klara will guide you through a results-driven nutrition and lifestyle plan while diving deeper into relevant topics related to personal health and wellbeing. Discover and practice some of the fundamental wellness tools that Klara swears by and begin to gently improve the way you nourish.

Topics covered in the course: Healthy cooking at home; eating for stable blood sugar; improving gut health, digestion and elimination; optimizing sleep; stress management; establishing and maintaining healthy routines; hydration tips; being healthy while staying social; body neutrality + managing self-criticism; movement beyond exercise; breaking ‘All-or-Nothing’; increasing mindfulness; and more.

    • 4 x 75 min Live Virtual Group Zoom Sessions (Every Thursday in September 6pm SAST) + access to recordings.

    • Resources and reccomendations handouts emailed to your inbox (including recipes, meal ideas, shopping lists, useful links, and more)

    • Access to Klara for one month for support and answers to all your questions over email, WhatsApp and on the call.

    • Group accountability, motivation and community for 4 weeks.

  • This course is designed to fit into your busy life. All the resources shared are tailored to people with limited time. We meet on a Zoom call once a week for 75 mins in which Klara presents a crash-course-style class followed by your Q+As. All sessions will be recorded so if you’re unable to attend a session, recordings will be made available to you within a day for you to view at your own time on-demand for 30 days after the course.

  • BSB Together is a 4-week commitment to your health, but in a new way. While we will be making better, more supportive diet and lifestyle choices every day, we’ll also be working on developing awareness and relationship with self.

    You’ll be eating healthier, hydrating better and living more mindfully but you won’t be white-knuckling your way through a restrictive diet or fitness plan while counting down the days until you get to eat chocolate again (there is no restriction here).

    BSB Together is designed to help you break free from the All-or-Nothing cycle. You’ll learn a new framework that emphasises repetition and consistency, while leaving room for flexibility (an advanced practice.) You’ll learn how to achieve your personal health goals (ideal weight, better energy levels, less brain fog, etc) but you’ll also learn the tools and skills needed to stay on track and progress to the next level, and then the next, for the rest of your life.

    The biggest difference between this framework vs. other plans or challenges you may have tried before is that this one won’t end after the 4 week period. You’ll want to keep going, and you’ll know how to.

Learning to nourish yourself is a skill, not a talent. Skills take time, guidance and practice to develop and the early hours of practicing something new are always the most frustrating. The good news? It’s a skill! Not a talent. So no special ability is required and anyone can learn it.
